Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended so a designer can give you their full attention — book online or call 905-602-5562. Evening appointments are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Can you make a ring from a photo?
Yes. Many of our pieces start with a photograph. We recreate the look you love, adjust it to your hand and budget, and show you a 3D rendering before anything is made.
Will I see the design before it is made?
Yes. We sketch and render your piece in 3D. You can request changes until you are happy, and we only begin crafting once you approve.
Can you use my old gold or stones?
Often, yes. We examine your stones and metal first. Platinum, palladium, yellow and rose gold generally re-use well; older white gold can be prone to cracking, so we may recommend combining it with new metal.
Do you work within a budget?
Always. Tell us your range and we design around it — recommending where to invest (usually the centre stone) and where you can save.
Can I follow my order online?
Yes. Every commission receives a reference number. Use it with your email on our Track page to see where your piece is — from consultation to collection.

Bring the idea. We’ll bring it to life.
Book a private appointment at our Mississauga studio. Bring an idea, a photograph or an heirloom — we will show you what is possible, and what it will cost, before anything is made.
