Fantasy GemArt Jewellery (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through fantasygemart.com, how we use it, and your choices. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Information you give us — your name, email, phone number, appointment preferences, commission details (piece, metal, stone, size, budget range, timeline) and any notes or links you send.
- Basic usage data — if you accept analytics, anonymous, aggregated information such as pages visited and device type. We do not use advertising cookies.
- Preferences — your cookie choice and, to save you typing, an in-progress commission draft and your contact details are stored in your own browser.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, book appointments and prepare design quotes.
- To send you updates about your commission as your piece progresses and — once it's complete — an optional invitation to review us.
- To understand, in aggregate, how our website is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Service providers
Enquiries are stored in a private Google Workspace account (Google Sheets and Gmail) used by our team, and may also be delivered by a form service (Web3Forms). If you accept analytics, we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics and/or Google Analytics. Google Maps loads only if you click “Show map”. These providers may process data outside Canada.
Retention
We keep enquiry and commission information as long as needed to serve you as a client, or as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, opt out of status emails at any time, and change your cookie preferences using Cookie settings. Contact dave@fantasygemart.com or 905-602-5562.
Security
Our site is served over HTTPS. Commission tracking requires both your reference number and email address. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
